Orders received by 10:00 (Paris time) will be processed that day

Any order received after 10:00 will be processed the next day

If it is important that your cheese board be delivered on a certain date, we advise that you allow an additional 24 hours margin on the delivery times. For dinner parties and receptions taking place at the week end please place the order before 10:00 (Paris time) on the Wednesday. This is particularly important for customers that require 48 hours delivery times. IMPORTANT ADVICE :

Our carriers will only deliver to the address you indicated on your order. Please make sure somebody is there to receive the package. If not the package will be returned to the carriers local depot, with a notice of an attempted delivery left at the address. this delay could damage the cheeses and we cannot be held responsible.

Should you wish for any reason to change the delivery address, it is your responsibility to contact your local carriers office and organize it with them. We cannot be held responsible if this change of address damages the cheeses. Our carriers will not deliver to neighbors unless you inform them.

Due to our strict quality standards, we are not able to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are unable to guarantee that our products will arrive in a timely fashion or in excellent condition when shipped to P.O. boxes.

For US Saturday deliveries, if available from Fedex, there will be an additional charge of 15.00 €
