Saulzais, ewe milk cheese available to sell

We draw your attention to this rare cheese. This is a very rare ewe’s cheese of the central region of France. Its success is due to the courage and tenacity of a cheese maker that has a profound respect for our friend the ewe. The cheese is presented in the form of disk, or a bar shape. Its taste contains typical lactic flavours of the ewe (slightly acid taste), and with a very pronounced savor. It should be preferably enjoyed after 3 weeks of “affinage” ( maturity)
