Corsu Vecchiu, or "Old Corsican" translated from Corsican, comes from the sublime Isle of Beauty, which is characterized by its southern landscapes, its high relief and its breeding traditions proudly anchored in the local culture.
Corsu Vecchiu is made from the milk of Corsican sheep, which are excellent milk producers. These ewes symbolize the authenticity of the Corsican soil which, associated with a know-how of tradition, gives a superior quality to the elaboration of Corsu Vecchiu.
