PICTOU
A goat cheese of freshness from Poitou
Pictou is one of the many goat cheeses produced in Poitou, a region in western France. The cheese is produced by a secular farm, near the famous Poitevin Marshland. Due to this location, the milk is slightly and naturally salted.
It gives the cheese a very well balanced taste between acidity and freshness. It's a soft cheese with a natural rind. Also it can be cut in small dices and mixed with tomatoes salad.
